In China, every child belongs to the State, and are subjected to centralized education and indoctrination in schools. The CCP has full control over what children are taught and data on each student is collected and hidden from parents. I\u2019m concerned that what I left in China is starting to happen here in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The deepest human bond is between parents and their children. That bond must be protected and not torn apart by any political agenda. In America, children belong to their parents, not the government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parents have a right to know what their children are taught in school. \u00a0As a parent of three children myself, I believe schools must not be used to indoctrinate children. The focus should be on education, emphasizing age appropriate subjects.  Reading, writing, mathematics, history, and science will empower our children, not divisive political agendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>School choice must not just be a privilege for the wealthy. When it comes to education, I support the rights of New Hampshire parents to choose the most suitable school for their children.  Funding must follow the child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When in Congress, I will represent the parents of New Hampshire because I know firsthand what it is like when parents do not have rights and have no control.
